Phyllis D. Palma, PT, DPT, ATP/SMS


This scholarship is dedicated to individuals who have been inspired by Phyllis’ life work and reflect her passion and zest for life. The scholarship is intended for students with an interest in aquatics, pediatrics, or neurology, and/or wheelchair sports, especially wheelchair rugby for which she was one of the few testers to determine fitness to play.

The GFPT is collecting funds for The 'Sunshine Scholarship' in Memoriam of Jaclyn N. Maxwell, PT, DPT.  When endowed this scholarship will be dedicated to individuals who are looking to serve the pediatric population with the compassion, love and light that Jaclyn brought to her patients every day. She was the Sunshine in their lives and

Maxwell, PT, DPT.  When endowed this scholarship will be dedicated to individuals who are looking to serve the pediatric population with the compassion, love and light that Jaclyn brought to her patients every day. She was the Sunshine in their lives and so many others. This scholarship is dedicated to those who are pursuing an interest in pediatric physical therapy so that they may shine bright for the future.
