This scholarship is dedicated to individuals who have been inspired by Phyllis’ life work and reflect her passion and zest for life. The scholarship is intended for students with an interest in aquatics, pediatrics, or neurology, and/or wheelchair sports, especially wheelchair rugby for which she was one of the few testers to determine fitness to play.
