By submitting an application, the applicant automatically grants the Georgia Foundation for Physical Therapy and the APTA Georgia, its agents and/or representatives permission to post the applicant’s name, university or college, photo and nominee statement or (an exert from) on GFPT or APTA Georgia’s website or in other marketing communications in the event he or she is awarded the scholarship.
